Round object in filled in square hole attached to trench with  black plastic arches and blue stone aggregate. Hose from our house water tank filling round object. (Load of water booked for refill)

 Now begins the raking of all the rock and rubble to make a super smooth lawn ummmm area of rough grass when the wet season arrives

Carcases assembled and in position waiting leveling and fixing to walls. Cabinets were easy-peasy, however there was some head scratching fitting the drawer runners.

One Whole Week

I can't believe that it has been one whole week since our beautiful, sweet, stubborn Gidgee left us.
The house seems much larger now, empty and quiet.
She is buried next to our other lovely girl Kia.
There are still tears and will be for a while yet.

The washing machine is now ensconced in the laundry.

No more lugging baskets of dirty clothes waaaaaaaaaaaaay down behind the shed. No more turning on tanks and connecting pumps. No more constant walking backwards and forwards to check on loads/fix an out of balance/hang stuff out/take it down/lug baskets of clothes back to the house.
Gawd without all that exercise I will now probably get fat.
